Affiliate contract monitoring: what partners agreed to, and what they actually do
Kaspero checks every affiliate page and post against the terms each partner signed, and keeps dated evidence of every breach.
The contract says what partners may do: which markets, which claims, which channels, which disclosures. Nobody checks whether the live pages match the signed terms, until something breaks. Then legal is asked to act on a screenshot someone took too late, of a page that has already changed. The regulator does not accept that you didn't know. Neither does the courtroom.
Contract vs. behavior
Each partner's actual pages and posts, diffed against their terms: approved claims, permitted markets, mandatory disclosures, prohibited placements. Breaches surface as documented findings, not anecdotes.
Impersonation and misuse
Fake domains and profiles using your name and logo, found and documented as they appear: who they are, what they claim, and the capture to prove it.
Risky associations
Your brand appearing next to unlicensed or restricted brands, on pages you never approved, in markets where that association is a finding. Detected with the full page context preserved.
Evidence, ready
Timestamped captures with full page history on every domain. When you terminate, dispute or respond to a regulator, the record already exists: what the page said, when, and what changed.
A partner denied running the claim. The capture showed the page, the date and the wording. The conversation was short.
The regulator asked about a third-party page. The response went out with the full history attached, same day.
Termination for breach, backed by six documented findings instead of one contested screenshot.
